Your subscription is deducted every month, until you no longer wish to be a member. This members only shopping site gives you Europe's lowest price on good quality costume jewellery and accessories, £4.95 Shipping on all orders, and 90 days money back guarantee. We reserve the right to ban and cancel orders from any account/members.

To purchase from Sophieclub.co.uk online store it is mandatory to become a member.  Once you have approved the terms and conditions, typed in credit card information and completed your first order, you are automatically enrolled in the FREE 7 days trial of Sophieclub.co.uk. After your FREE 7 days trial membership expires, you'll be automatically enrolled in the payment plan (£29.95/month) unless you choose to end your membership. Your registration at Sophieclub.co.uk, is legally binding from the moment you make your first order and thereby activate your membership.

By giving your consent to the subscription terms applicable at Sophieclub.co.uk, you allow Sophieclub.co.uk to withdraw the stated membership fee periodically, until you choose to end your subscription. The first 7 days of membership are FREE. Thereafter, it costs £29.95/month. As a member of Sophieclub.co.uk and a card holder, you are required to pay for your membership period and consequent subscription withdrawals, until you cancel your subscription and or membership. Your membership of Sophieclub.co.uk is automatically renewed so that you always have access to it. After the first 7 days of FREE membership (£0.00), your subscription fee is £29.95/month.

All transactions at Sophieclub.co.uk are to be made via credit card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard). All payments and card charges are factored into product pricing and regulated therein by Sophieclub.co.uk. Payment is deducted from your account upon order dispatch from Sophieclub.co.uk or upon commencement of your membership. You will not be deducted for an amount in excess of that which approved upon completion of your purchase.  All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

You can terminate your membership at anytime by clicking on "Cancel Membership" at the bottom of the page. You enter your email address and you can easily unsubscribe. The membership is cancelled the same day you unsubscribe. After your membership has been cancelled, money will not be withdrawn from your account unless you choose to reactivate your membership. 

Sophieclub.co.uk subscription offers a cancellation policy of 7 days. Your cancellation deadline expires 7 days after you have entered into an agreement with us. Your subscription takes effect when you complete an order at Sophieclub.co.uk. Your right to cancellation is only active from the day you make a transaction on Sophieclub.co.uk and not from the commencement of monthly subscription payments.  If you wish to terminate your subscription, you are required to articulate this to us at least 1 day prior to the commencement of you entering into a binding agreement with us. You can give notice of this by contacting us via email at info@sophieclub.co.uk (we reply within 24 hours on weekdays). In your message, clearly and explicitly state that you wish to exercise your right to cancellation. For technical reasons, our web site does not allow membership cancellation within the first 48 hours after your first order. 

When you register at Sophieclub.co.uk, your name, address, telephone number and email are stored in an electronic customer database that is only accessible to Sophieclub.co.uk employees.
These personal details are saved so that we can deliver your orders and in accordance with accounting legislation, which dictates that material used in relation to transactions is to be stored for 5 years after the accounting year which it is valid for.
