    It is very easy to order items on Sophieclub.co.uk. You add the items you want to your shopping bag. You then click on the shopping bag icon in upper right corner of your screen, proceed to the checkout page and follow the instructions.

    When will I receive my order?

    You will receive your order in 2-7 business days from the date that it is placed. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. After processing, orders are shipped from the warehouse located in Denmark.

    It normally takes 1 business day for us to process your order. Holidays and weekends are not included.
    Shipment takes 2-7 business days to arrive, please note that SophieClub ships from Denmark.

    Please contact our Customer Support if your order does not arrive within 7 days.
  • How do I cancel membership?
    You can cancel at any time by going to the "Cancel Membership" page. You will need to enter your email, and don't forget to check the box saying: "I hereby confirm that I cancel my SophieClub Membership.... "

  • Membership fee refund
    The membership fee is not refundable. You might be willing to get the membership fee refund if you forgot to cancel your membership before your trial ended, or you haven’t noticed that SophieClub is a member's club when you were placing your order. We wish we could say yes, but, unfortunately, in our retail environment, we can’t. 

    We offer a possibility to cancel the membership any time and we place the membership Subscription Terms on various visible parts of our website in order to inform our customers and avoid such compliances: on the top banner "Automatically join Sophieclub when you make you first order. First 10 days are FREE, thereafter it costs £29.95/month, you can cancel any time " and on the bottom of the page. When you order, you confirm that you have read and you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Subscription Terms of SophieClub. We add the membership free trial to the shopping bag together with the items you order, and you will that if you check your email confirmation.

    We are sorry to hear that you were not aware of the terms and conditions of SophieClub Membership but the membership fee is not refundable. Please make sure you cancel your membership to avoid future charges. We would recommend you to consider not to cancel your membership until the end of the billing cycle you paid for. You have already paid for the membership, why not profit from it, order and get £4.95 Shipping on all orders, FREE Gifts and lowest prices possible? Just set a reminder, and don’t forget to cancel your membership before the start of your next billing cycle.

    You must cancel your membership at least one day before the start of your next billing cycle in order to avoid auto-renewal for the following month. Regardless of when you request cancellation, you can still use your account through the end of your current cycle.
  • What is SophieClub’s return policy?
    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase

    We strive to offer costume jewellery of the good quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 90 days of receipt. We must receive all returns in new, unused condition, with all original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping fees.

    If your order is damaged or defective in any way

    If your item was damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Support photographs clearly showing the problem with the item. Please also provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier. Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.

    If you received an incorrect item

    If you received an incorrect item, you can exchange it for the correct item or receive a full refund. To begin the process, you can contact Customer Support
    Once we’ve received your package, we will begin processing your return, which may take up to 10 business days.

    I have returned my item. How soon will I receive my refund?

    In most cases, we will refund your money within 48 hours after your package has been processed. The time it takes to receive your refund will differ based on the payment method you used. Normally you will receive the refund within 7 days.
