If you would like a refund on purchased jewellery, please send your jewellery, together with your order confirmation.

Please include your order number.
Refunds are transferred to your bank account within 10 working days after the receipt of goods.
In the event of defective jewellery we will refund your postage costs.

Please send returns as letter post, as parcel or registered post services are an unnecessary expense.

Replacement of goods

There could be a number of reasons for wishing to exchange your jewellery. If you find a defect for instance, or your jewellery has been damaged in transit. Either way, we apologise for any orders which are below our usual quality levels.
In these situations we recommend that you request a replacement, and assure you that at least 99% of our orders arrive in perfect condition.
If the value of the order/product is relatively low, e.g. A defective earring or an item with a value under 5GBP please contact us before your send the item return, so that we can find a solution. In some cases it will not even be necessary to return your item.
